We are obsessive about the detail of our craft, passionate about the experience we create, in love with the idea that something so special can be created out of three simple ingredients – flour, water, salt.
The Flour Pot Bakery grew out of the Founder Oliver Hyde’s commitment to all things artisanal and delicious in food.
Years working as a chef and running a high-end catering business refined his understanding of the importance of quality ingredients to the fundamentals of great cookery. With that in mind, Oli recognised that making the best bread is the ultimate demonstration of the craft of food preparation and production. If we could bring it to customers as it should be we could meet Customers need for quality and integrity in even this most humble food everyday.
